I had a room with amazing mountain views, the breakfast was great with many options, and the staff were attentive, respectful, and quick to help with any concerns.

Updated and reasonably large rooms with separate bathrooms. Very comfy bed, good service. Absolutely perfect and beautiful location, around 10-15 minutes walk from Rawhide Western Town. Set in a very convenient area just off the restaurant.

The location of Sheraton Grand At Wild Horse Pass is stunning and wonderful. It is conveniently close to the casino, a big western town park, and Rawhide. Easy to reach from Sky Harbor airport.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, and the staff, including the friendly servers and bartender, made our experience even better. The bus service to the outlets and casino was very accommodating. The staff on a whole were professional and friendly.

Our stay felt almost like being at home, with no complaints at all.

This place is perfectly situated for exploring casinos, bars, shopping malls, and gift stores within walking distance.

It was Christmas day but the wait staff was somewhere else. Asked if we could eat off the dinning menu in the bar are and staff said she would check with the manager never got back with us.

See above & did not realize that there was not a Casino there. Wanted to play golf on Monday called on Thursday for a tee time. Someone said no problem in playing as a twosome and just come in as a walk on at 11 am. Got there our name was not on the list and had no availability due to a shot gun tournament. Staff in shop very helpful in try to accommodate but decided not to play.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Chandler for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, nestled outside the city but close to the casino for extra entertainment. The resort itself had a wide range of activities to enjoy, including paddle boarding, horse riding, and golf. The breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was delicious, and the pool area was lovely. Special mention to the staff member at the pool bar who went above and beyond to assist us. The overall experience was fantastic, and I can't wait to come back!

Beautiful hotel and resort.

I got stuck next to someone who decided to get on a conference call at 5:00 am and put it on speaker phone. I was told by the hotel that they could not do anything about it because it was during morning hours! The layout of the hotel was a bit ridiculous. Instead of putting the rooms on multiple floors, the rooms were stretched out. I had to walk past 100 rooms just to get to my room. That is no lie.
